Returns

Before placing an order, please read carefully the legal notice that you can find on the Espiga website: https://espigabag.com/es/nota-legal.html

Changes or returns of items must be made within 30 days of purchase.

The purchase invoice must be kept and the product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was sold and accompanied by all the parts and accessories that constitute it, including boxes or other original packaging.

To proceed with the return we ask you to pack the products correctly and safely and send an email to hola@espigabag.com indicating in the subject "Return purchase" and with the following information:

- Copy of the purchase invoice or order confirmation.

- Clearly indicate the products to be returned.

- Contact and complete address where the product should be collected.

We will send the carrier to collect the products.

Once we have received the refund, we will proceed to pay the corresponding amount.

In the event of the return of defective products, Espiga will pay the entire amount paid for them, including transport costs. Defects or failures resulting from improper use of the purchased item, from non-compliance with the indications / instructions that come with the item or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties are excluded from the scope of the guarantee.

The items that Espiga sells are handcrafted and generally have characteristics of the natural materials used during their manufacture. These characteristics, such as variations in textures and colors, will not be considered as defects or as disagreement on the part of the client. Rather, the customer must agree to these characteristics, as they are inherent in the nature of the material used and must be accepted as part of the individual appearance of the item.
